Lemosho 8 Days Climb (Camping)

Your journey begins with an 8-day climb via the Lemosho Route. On the first day, you will embark on a trek to Forest Camp. As you ascend, you'll experience the lush beauty of the forested slopes and immerse yourself in the natural surroundings.

:Today's adventure takes you to Shira Camp 1. As you hike, you'll notice the landscape changing, with the forest giving way to a more alpine environment. Keep an eye out for unique flora and fauna along the way.

Your destination for today is Shira Camp 2. The terrain becomes increasingly rugged as you gain altitude. You'll get a taste of the high-altitude landscapes and incredible vistas that await you.

Prepare for a walk to Barranco Camp. This day includes a steep ascent, and you'll encounter the distinctive Barranco Wall, a challenging but exhilarating section of the climb. The views from this point are breathtaking.

Your path leads to Karanga Camp today. You'll continue to acclimatize to the higher altitudes and traverse across the rocky terrain. The landscapes become more otherworldly with each step.

Continue on to Barafu Camp. You're now in the high-alpine desert, and the air is thin. Rest and prepare for the summit bid ahead.

Today is the culmination of your climb as you reach the peak. You'll ascend to Uhuru Peak, the highest point on Mount Kilimanjaro. After your triumphant summit, you'll descend to Mweka Camp, reflecting on your incredible achievement.

Descend to Mweka Gate, marking the end of your climb. Celebrate your accomplishment with a barbecue with your mountain staff in Leganga. They will also perform some songs for you, and you will receive your certificate. Finally, you will be transferred to a place, organized by African Reflection Tours where you will have lunch with your team, then you will be awarded your certificates and say farewell, later you will be transferred to Meru View Lodge, where you can relax and relive your unforgettable journey.

Your driver will ensure you reach KIA (Kilimanjaro International Airport - JRO) in time for your departure flight. This marks the end of your incredible Kilimanjaro adventure, filled with memories and achievements that will last a lifetime.
